The stage is set in the year 276 of the Daikou Dynasty, an era of peace had been built, but women’s advancement in academia, especially in the field of medicine, was considered taboo. In such an era, a young girl named Hakka lives in the countryside, devoting herself to her beloved medicine while holding onto the ambition to “help many people.”

She was supposed to continue spending her days studying under her grandfather Hakushin, a doctor she admires, until terrible news is brought to her… Triggered by a great loss, this is the story of a girl who becomes a forbidden female doctor and embarks on a grand journey seeking the true path of medicine.
